Rent-a-Jet

Probably the worst loops ever seen in a model but covered in red candy I think it came out pretty slick... This was done for a forum Leader Challenge over at EIAS CGTalk.
I felt in love with Silo and hope to find more tutorials to get rid of the bad modeling habits I started to develop. The boots and the Firefly's Serenity's tutorials helped me a lot.
Modeled in Silo2 and a touch of FormZ and rendered in Electric Image Animation System.
Feel free to critic all aspects (Model, lights, textures, composition) for I post to improve. Thanks.

Rick

I really like the light, airy feel and the modelling style is very coherent.

Two little suggestions: I think the seam in the environment map needs fixing. I can see in the reflections where the clouds don't match up.

Also, I would see what it looks like with a little more sky in the composition. It would make the sky be more of the composition, which would suite the theme.

Good Stuff, Richard! :-)

Looks like something from the old Jetsons cartoon.

It looks even better! This makes the Jetson's seem almost primitive, uh... like a cartoon.

Great work Rick!

Very lovely style. I really like it.
Except the rearview mirrors and the "feet" of the vehicle. They look a bit too square/simple compared to the rest.

keep it up
